COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT

Peace Flags by Kids, Inc thanks you for your interest in this children’s art project. We are a non-profit corporation and our main vision is to provide Children an opportunity to speak freely about what they want to see in their World, what peace means to them and to express it through art, the written word and music. Our main vehicle of express is through the medium of peace flags. All proceeds from their art and projects directly benefit Children in need around the World.

We ask that you consent to the following agreement:

We, ___________________________________ gladly participate with Peace Flags by Kids, Inc in this art project and agree that all children involved will sign a consent form before participation. We understand that all flags and art created by the children will be in custodial care of the Peace Flags by Kids, Inc. All pictures, video, media coverage and promotion are the property of Peace Flags by Kids, Inc

We agree, not to attempt in anyway to benefit from the proceeds and publicity of this art project/event. We understand that the reproduction or use of any flags, art, music, pictures, video or media from this event is used only with the approval of the Peace Flags by Kids, Inc organization. When approval is given, then all proper credit is given to the Children involved and Peace Flags by Kids, Inc.
